MarshmalloW monsters

Ingredients • marshmallows • sucker (lollipop) sticks (or toothpicks* ) • chocolate (your color choice) • black decolorating gel (or amands cream* • cereals* or your cream choice)

Preparation

|irst, stick marshmallows into lollipop sticks and place them in the freezer for about 15 min1.

ªhile the marshmallows are chilling1 melt the chocolate slowly on a simmering heat in a double-boiler, stirring constantly until the chocolate is completely melted.

¯hen, remove the marsmallows from the freezer and dip them lightly in the melted chocolate for a thin coating2.

+fter, stick them into a block of styrofoam and and place them in the refrigerator until they are cold and hard, then you can add faces using a small tube of black decorating gel.3

Now, you can savure your little monsters !

*my ingredients (they aren’t in the real recipes)

1I stuck marshmallows into toothpicks and placed them during a full night, so I melted the chocolate the next morning.

2I didn’t really succeed, it’s quite difficult in doing.

3I stuck them into a colocynth and before the marshmallows are hard, used cereals to make eyes (for example) and (after to placed in the refrigerator until they are cold), used amands cream to make the others parts of the face.
