Brittle Meringue Bones

Ingredients

3 large egg white. ¼ tea spoon baking soda. 1/8 tea spoon salt. 2/3 cup white sugar. ½ tea spoon Vanilla.

Recipe

Preheat oven to 100°. Put the parchment paper on the plate. In a medium sized bowl at high speed, beat egg whites with baking soda and salt till fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar. Then add vanilla. Place in a pastry bag and make finger-sized bone on the parchment. Bake one hour until set, then turn off oven, and let it cool down.

And then, taste !
